Steam Fall to Ice Dogs - Snap Unbeaten Streak

Ted Pletsch had two goals and an assist and Jason Spada made 31 saves as the Michigan Ice Dogs derail the Queen City Steam 6-3.  Queen City's road unbeaten steak was snapped at 4 games.

The Ice Dogs scored twice in the first period and twice more in the 2nd period before Queen City's Zachary Kamrass scored an unassisted goal at 16:05. Billy Glass and Patric Nelso would score two more goals in the 3rd, but it wasn't enoughfor the Steam to dig their way out of a 5 goal defecit. Ted Pletsch would seal the deal at 16:45 of the thrid with an empty net goal.

Four of the Ice Dogs goals came on the power play, with the Steam serving 33 minutes in the box. The Seam couldn't capitalize on their 6 power play chances.

Queen City will meet the Ice Dogs again Saturday, October 6th.
