Steam Fall Twice to Ice Dogs
Court Murtlan had three assists and Christian blick made 32 saves as the Michigan Ice Dogs defeated the Queen City Steam 6-4.
The Steam got off to a better start tonight with Billy Glass and Zachary Kamras opening up the scoring. But Michigan would roar back with three unanswered goals by the end of the 2nd period. The Ice Dogs would score one more before Jeremy Narducci and Patrick Nelson eavened things up at 4 goals each. However, a power play goal and an empty netter would put the Ice Dogs ahead for good.
The Steam complete their eight game road trip next weekend against the Flint Jr. Generals on Octber 13th and 14th.
